Ms. Rowe has consistently showns interest in being a teacher who is accessible to students that may need extra help in Algebra or mathematics. My son has definitely been there since school subjects have not come easy to him, he struggled with being able to ask for help in front of his peers. Ms. Rowe took time out of her busy day to talk to our son after his peers were gone to see if she could help, she emailed us to let us know that our son needed to be motivated to get help and additional support. She was encouraging the entire time. Ms. Rowe offered to meet with our son before or after school and assured us that we would continue to be informed by her. She never gave up. Ms. Rowe is just one of the teachers that puts forth extra energy towards the students she knows can reach higher levels of education and knows what it takes to challenge students when they need it. I feel very strongly about nominating Ms. Rowe and knows she deserves the recognition.
