Carmel Apple Dip

 

Ingredients:

¼ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese (cut into pieces)
8oz cocktail peanuts

 

Directions:

Cream together the sugars and vanilla.  Cut up cream cheese and mix with other.  Add peanuts, until creamy.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 

Allow to come to room temperature prior to serving

 

Serve with Granny Smith Apples……yummy!
