Breakfast Lasagne

Ingredients:

 

16 slices of sandwich bread (take off crust)

1 lb. thinly sliced ham

16 slices American cheese

16 slices Swiss cheese

 

Layer above in 9x13 pan. Several layers.

in Blender or with mixer, mix:

8 eggs

2 cups milk

¾ tsp dry mustard

½ tsp onion salt

 

 

Directions:

 

Pour over layers and refrigerate overnight. Let stand at room temperature before baking. Sprinkle 1 cup crumbled corn flakes over all and drizze 1 stick melted butter over top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Until bubbling).
