The Book ReView The Book ReView, a Friends of the Waterloo Public Library Book shop, needs your donations. Please consider donating your gently used reading materals, videos, DVDs and cassettes to the Friends of the Waterloo Public Library. Your donation will stock the shelves of the Book ReView and the money reiased will be used to supplement projects and special events at the Waterloo Public Library. Donations can be dropped off at the Service Desk during regular library hours. The Waterloo Public Library is located at 415 Commercial Street in Waterloo. Library hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Staruday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 5pm.
